All shipments applying for the CHINA FREE TRADE, MUST have the correct documentation.
You will need to ensure you have a Certificate of Origin that is Certified by an authorised body.

IMPORTS –
1/General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ)
2/ The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade

EXPORTS –
1/ The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI)
2/ The Australian Industry Group (AIG)
3/ The Australian Grape and Wine Authority

Without the correct documentation, the reduced or free tariff rate cannot apply.
