Please be advised that the upcoming festive season – December 25th 2019 to January 2nd 2020, the following points are advised to ensure everyone is prepared and aware of the ramifications of the public holidays and shorter working days.
- All clearances need to be in place by Tuesday 24th @ 2pm to cover the Christmas public holidays;
- Any containers that are collected over the public holidays and associated weekend will have via yard, lifts and storage fees applied;
- Only where existing arrangements are already in place will the above fees not be may not be applicable;
Please note that there may be demurrage fees due to the lengthy queues at the empty parks which are typically experienced after at this time of year. These delays
are not within ACF’s control.
In addition, ACF will not be liable for detention fees incurred where empty parks have limited trading hours and limited time slots to accommodate the amount of empty container de hire slots required.
ACF will always try to avoid any additional charges where ever possible.
